Privacy notice · Preview

Your trip is personal.
We treat it that way.

Last updated September 7, 2026. This preview notice describes the current planner and should be reviewed before launch.

What Roameo remembers

Roameo stores your resolved destinations, dates, confirmed preferences, ordered saved places, and the minimum account mapping needed to recognize you later. This structured trip memory survives refreshes and future sign-ins. Raw chat transcripts do not: the planner keeps at most 12 recent turns and 16,000 characters per trip in this browser’s session storage, and never writes that conversation to Roameo’s database.

Identity

Roameo receives only an app-specific account identifier through @supah/identity. Conversational Intelligence uses a separate, optional grant after sign-in; declining or losing that grant does not block your trips, map, search, or itinerary editing. Roameo never receives your password, passkey private key, identity-provider credentials, or Supah receipts.

Conversational planning

When enabled, Roameo sends only the current Roameo-owned trip context and bounded recent browser-session turns to Supah Intelligence for travel planning and place comparison. No provider tools are allowed. Supah may route the response through an approved model provider. Roameo logs only the request ID, duration, intent, outcome, and tool count—not prompts, responses, cookies, identity subjects, or provider payloads.

Maps and place search

OpenFreeMap provides map tiles. When you search for a destination or place, Roameo sends the search term and, when applicable, the approximate map center to Photon to find matching OpenStreetMap places. Search results are cached temporarily for up to 24 hours. These map services do not receive your Roameo account identifier or full trip conversation. A separately configured MapTiler service may provide maps and place search instead.

Your choices

You can plan manually, let the short-lived Intelligence grant expire, revoke Roameo’s Intelligence access, sign out to clear browser-session chat, or delete your Roameo preview account and all of its trips. Questions about privacy can be sent to privacy@roameo.ai.
